In the first 90 days, do not split the budget evenly

An identity, one page that explains you, and one film people can forward will beat six half-finished things.

New brands often spread the first budget across a logo, packaging, a site, social, creators, and ads. Everything has started. Nothing can leave the building. What the outside sees is a set of materials still aligning internally.

The first 90 days are better spent gathering the money. Let people say your name, let one page finish the explanation, then let one film or one set of content be taken away. Media speeds those three up. It does not replace them.
